SHIPPING

We use various Royal Mail services to deliver our lovely packages. We post with a 2-3 day delivery for FREE. However, if you need your package urgently or would like a signed for service we offer an £8.00 next day service. Our order cut off time is 3pm for next day service, please call us on 01564 772 707 if you have any concerns around your delivery timings.

    If you live outside the UK, we charge postage as follows:

    • Europe (up to 7 working days) £10
    • Worldwide (up to 14 working days) £15

    Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by emailing us.

    RETURNS

    If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days of delivery in its original condition with the labels and packaging intact. Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received.

    • The goods need to be returned at your own cost, intact, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
    • If the items are faulty, we will refund the total amount including postage and packing, or offer an alternative, including postage and packaging.
    • We suggest taking out additional postal insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.

    During busy times we do ask for patience as some delays may occur.
